Mexico has gone High-Tech

They are now using Computers and the www to Track the Locations of their citizens who are living and working in the United States, as the Money they send home is an important economic factor relative to the country's future.

http://www.13wmaz.com/news/state_story.aspx?storyid=33678

This confirms that not all Mexicans are uneducateable dolts.

It also confirms that uneducatable dolts do have some value if only as leaches for exporting.

Have any doubts, just ask Saddam.

Many claim that President Ford's pardon of Richard (Tricky Dick) Nixon allowed the Nation to Heal and it was a good thing letting him escape punishment, but I'm not so sure.

It was soon after Nixon's pardon that I began to notice how it became acceptable for some to "Violate Laws" and nothing was ever done about it.

One of my first concerns came in the mid 70's when all City, County and State Law Enforcement failed to make any attempt to stop, reduce or arrest the teenagers who set up shop at a public park near our home and began selling LSD and Pot.

Two chemical agents that were then causing problems for me in my profession where both short and long term memories were prerequisite for employment. I found myself having to fire employees who had become less valuable due to their use of Illegal drugs and replacing them became much more difficult.

The Public Park that had been an attraction to my wife and I when considering purchase of our then residence, suddenly became a magnet for drug using losers who gathered there almost every afternoon and evening.

The result was we moved in hopes of finding somewhere our children could grow without such exposure and interference, only to find such a place only existed in our memories.

Today, I see how even traffic lights are ignored as are speed limits, tax laws are scoffed, our borders are being violated, shop lifting is rampant, assaults are common as are hit-and-run drivers, employee theft is everywhere, cars are stolen, dead babies are being dumped in back yards, bullet ridden bodies are found abandoned in the streets, homes are burglarized and now some are being invaded when innocent residents are held hostage if not murdered.

Since Nixon's departure from office our respect for Law and Order has all but disintegrated and I for one can now look back and see how allowing him to rise above it may well have been the beginning of our end.

Nobody is above the law. Have any doubts, just ask Saddam.

I sure wish Paul Harvey had a Blog.

If a person has the time and visits numerous News sites (be they TV, Print or www Only) one can gather a good deal More of a Story than what is otherwise available.

But ya gotta werk for it!!

A case in point is today's news about the person who Embraced a Tri-Met bus . . . Head-On, and died as a result.

From the original stories that appeared its become known that a Now Dead driver had crossed the center line and hit the bus and it happened in Gresham.

Then snooping around I found his name was Modesto Hernandez-Hernandez.

Next, I discovered he was drunk (more than twice the legal limit) however earlier, alcohol had not been mentioned as being a cause or even a factor.

Then it leaked out that we was driving at high speed. Golly, that came late.

Now, we learn he is a Gresham resident and a had a revoked drivers license because of an earlier drunken driving conviction.

I sure wish Paul Harvey had a Blog. Someplace where we could learn if the likes of the Now Dead Modesto Hernandez-Hernandez was an Illegal Alien and if his Drivers License had been obtained with using false documents.

Yes, all those other dirty little details that always seem to get lost and would entirely change the complexion of the story.

(I must admit, KPTV Fox-12 does often exceed the average when it comes to telling "The Rest of the Story. Lets see what they do for us tonight?)

We have the proof!

Oregon Liberals (the majority population) are myopic nits!

In today's Portland Biz Journal we have one Headline: "Oregonians more optimistic about direction of state."

And that followed by another Headline: "Unemployment up in November"

They go on to explain that in November, two major industries -- leisure and hospitality (+2,400) and government (+1,200) -- each had large seasonally adjusted job gains.

Two major industries -- manufacturing (-2,000) and other services (-1,000) -- posted substantial losses.

See it for yourself: http://portland.bizjournals.com/portland/

Of course, as a foolish conservative I always seem to forget that Government Workers pay taxes too.

That is why I don't charge myself interest on money I borrow from my savings account.

Flipper is the Man!!

How can we help him?

Today, Mexico's Presidente Felipe Calderon made his first trip to the U.S.-Mexico border as president.

When there he said he will focus on creating jobs in Mexico to keep Mexicans at home and place less emphasis on an exodus to the United States.

Viva Felipe!!!!

Open letter to my friends in Bend

Please know that your decision to support a Transit District was a blunderers error and something you will soon regret.

Now, please don't compound that mistake by installing Bus Shelters in your neighborhoods as they will bring more crime, violence, illegal drug sales and prostitution than any Dozen Strip Clubs could ever muster.

Build it and they will come!

Police seek two suspects in carjackings

He was No Hero!

Mountain climber Kelly James who was found dead yesterday on Mt. Hood was No Hero, so lets not get started on that tired routine.

He was a selfish, egotistical ass who placed his desire to Challenge the Unknown and possible Death, higher than his devotion and commitment to his family.

Totally irresponsible acts by all.

My hope is some high ranking public employee doesn't hold a news conference to tell us all that Kelly James made No Mistakes, only some bad decisions! In other words, he faced some Issues but had no Problems!

So who among the searchers is scoring Big Over-Time during all these attempted rescues?

Trump like lifestyles for everyone who wants to have things their way.

As I move about the City of Salem I can't help but notice the ever increasing number of MR/DD children and young adults in the company of family members. Today, I seldom venture into a department store or restaurant without encountering a MD/DD of some type and they are often quite disruptive.

Just as tonight when visiting a local sporting good store when a thirty something father (wearing a newer jacket promoting a local California athletic organization) who was struggling to control his MD/DD seven year old son. The son who chose to physically struggle over everything he saw and wanted to examine, which were many. Golly, those scenes sure make shopping fun for everybody!

Then a few minutes later I visited a fast food establishment, only to find a twenty something male (who was with his mother and younger sister) that kept breaking into a unique dance routine of sorts where he jumped about while jerking his head and neck into some rather extreme contortions. He looked as someone who kept being stung by a bee on his ear and again his bizarre actions would have frightened a young child had any been present at the time.

Ah yes, our Oregon Health Plan at work again.

It seems that Oregon has become a magnet for families (working or unemployed) with MR/DD children as here they have available the financial and personal help needed with their keeping their MR/DD family member at home. Those children who otherwise would require being institutionalizing due to their need for almost constant 24/7 care.

As in this case that I am familiar with, where the young family has moved here so they can gain the help needed to keep their Severely Disabled Child at home, as such support is was not available in their home State.

So here we have a State employee who is pulling down a sizeable income (with benefits), who enjoys one of the better homes, in one of the better neighborhoods and now he and his wife can both work pulling down big bucks as we Oregon Sheeple are picking up the in-Home Support tab for their severely brain damaged daughter.

Did I forget to mention the usually empty, big Yellow 18 passenger bus and driver, that we taxpayers send twice each weekday to transport their child to School from their Day Care and back? Ooop's, did I forget to mention the Nurse we taxpayers provide to help their child once they arrive at public school?

Caring and compassion are one thing, but this is insane as we Oregon Taxpayers can't afford to provide Trump like lifestyles for everyone who wants to have things their way.

First comes the Information Barrier!

One point we taxpaying citizens should concern ourselves with today is how the soon to arrive Socialized Medicine Program (or expansion of the Oregon Health Plan) will allow all the Bureaucrats and Administrators to hide all of their activity behind the recently enacted and strongly forced Federal Health Information Laws.

As it is now a hospital nurse can't discuss a patients care with another nurse during a coffee break and this slams the door on a resource of shared knowledge gained from experience.

Today, nurses can't even leave Special Care Notes or Warnings on patient room erase-boards.

Wait till you try learning who decided to pull a spouses medical supports and why.

You thought gaining info from Child Protective Services was difficult.

But what do . . . we the Sheeple care?

"Location, Location, Location"

The Cost of Blindly Embracing Diversity!

This afternoon Salem Police locked-down 5 separate schools (including South Salem High) for a good length of time and that
a result of them conducting one of their almost constant neighborhood manhunts plus the students were held on the property past the closing bells.

What I find interesting is how some residents of South Salem are now asking the High School be closed and a new school built elsewhere as it is beginning to harm their property values.

Remember the days when the often used Real Estate sales line, "Location, Location, Location" related to how close a home was to schools and how that was a positive consideration?

Yet today schools are considered a negative by some as schools have become "Safety Zones" requiring extra Police activity.

And some wonder why the Arabs are resistant to following the USA model!

Amazing!!

Some have chastised me for being critical of a Mentally Retarded person who is only trying to learn a trade and become productive in society.

This is in reference to last Wednesday's entry titled "Wondering where your money is going?"

In it I tell of how for the last several months two State Employees haul a Severely Mentally Disabled person around with them on a weekly route as they deliver the StatesmanJournal's Wednesday advertiser publication and use what I suspect is a Job Training Charade to justify their outrageous actions.

Please know the person I have seen being Exploited for this purpose is quite likely to Not know their last name. They will never be able to function in any employment capacity without constant, one-on-one assistance by a non-handicapped person. A newspaper route, excuse me?

If anything I believe the two State Employee Escorts who weekly exploit this innocent of innocents should be investigated for abuse of the handicapped.

Yin and Yang US Style

Headline: Immigration probe snares nearly 1,300

Headline: Freightliner to cut 4000 jobs

ICE is creating more employment opportunity for US citizens with deporting 1300 Mexican meat cutters (Illegal Aliens) to balance the Germans laying off 4000 US truck builders.

So what do the Chinese have planed for us?

Well now!

It seems the high population, multi-family packages that recently rented two freshly remodeled and neighboring homes, moving in with virtually no furniture except for the Big TV's and several HUGE, new SUV's with Big Shiny Wheels and low-profile tires . . . are now driving old beater Toyotas and the like.

How do you say "Repo Man" in Spanish?

Real swell part II

10:07 AM Sunday = Update

I am looking out my office window and spot this short, thin Hispanic male who is wearing a dark sweatshirt and dark pants suddenly appear at the street corner and is aimlessly standing near some large shrubbery. Darn, its pouring rain and he is just hanging in the bushes!

He stays back from the street and keeps looking around as if waiting for a bus, but we don't have bus service on Sunday.

Just about the time I am reaching for the phone to call the Police Dept a newer BMW sedan comes around the corner (about a block away) speeds to the location where the fella was almost hiding, he pops out, jumps into the front passenger seat and then they were off like a shot.

You got it. It was a tricked-out, late model Silver BMW sedan with the traditional dark-tinted windows.

Perhaps he was the same Hispanic fellow (with the .380 revolver) the Cops were looking for earlier this AM.

No, I didn't call the Police and tell them what I saw as likely whomever they just burglarized won't call them either as doing so will harm our property values.

Hey, and they say this is the Better part of town.

Real swell!

Just me, the Cops and Pablo with a Gun!!!

Just about the time I'm ready to head for the Gym for my early Sunday AM work-out, I learn the Police are searching the immediate area for a Hispanic male wearing dark jeans with a Black Hoodie (their traditional costume) and packing a .380 Caliber gun of some sort, which at this early hour would make
me a prime . . . car-jacking prospect.

I'm not afraid but I'm also not a fool so I'll wait till the number of Police cars sporting about the neighborhood returns to normal.

Ah such Diversity!!!

At times I wonder,

Why more people are not angry as I about the Invasion of Illegal Aliens and what they are doing to our once fine Country?

Cripes sake, here lately finding Dead or Burned to a Crisp Bodies in the street, road or on the side of the freeway is becoming an every day occurrence.

Then I am forced to consider that over 50% of our population enjoys each day under the influence of an Upper or Downer Chemical (medication), be those Prescription (prozac poppers) or Illegal Drugs (pot heads).

My bet is the % number in the Northwest is much higher than average.

No big deal, right?

Jose Gonzalez was driving a Dodge pickup northbound on Pringle Rd. in Salem, crossed the center line and struck a Ford Explorer
. . . head-on.

Holiday Surprise!!!

Jessie Castellanos-Puentes, 26, and Tomas Martinez, 25, passengers in the Dodge pickup, also were taken to Salem Hospital and you can bet we taxpayers and paying hospital customers will be covering their bills as well.

No big deal, right? Unless you were Gustav or Ann Gentzsch who were innocently riding along in their Ford Explorer and then finding themselves being rushed to Salem's hospital with serious injuries . . . and guilty only of getting in Jose's path.

As if their lives won't be changed for ever-more and now filled with pain and suffering till their dieing day. Feliz Navidad!

Another interesting point is that several hours after the collision (predictable circumstances not being accidents) Salem Police called for a Fire Department ladder truck so they could take some Arial Photographs of the scene. What, they didn't call NASA for a satellite shot?

I wonder if Jose's Immigration Status will be included in the intensive study of the incident?

Looks as Gus and Ann took a loss but I'll bet a bunch of Public Employees scored some excellent Holiday (Over Time) Pay.

This Really Sucks

Not only is the State of Oregon helping supportive newspapers deliver their publications (at taxpayers expense) I now understand that Hoover Vacuum cleaner may also move to China as Whirlpool ended up owning them when they bought Maytag and are now selling Hoover off to a Chinese company.

I half expect we may soon sell the letter U from our USA leaving us with SA for Suckers Abound.

Ever wonder who owns your home mortgage?

Wondering where your Money is going?

It happens every Wednesday!

Anywhere from 8:15 to 10:30 AM a State Owned Vehicle (as pictured) visits my neighborhood and occupied by three and sometimes four persons. These folks have been visiting here consistently, every week, for over four months and this time line is confirmed by my personal observations.

The passenger group always includes a Driver (who usually remains at the wheel) a Support Person (guide), a Third Person who is quite obviously mentally challenged and who I assume is likely a State agency client and on occasion a fourth person who may well be an observer for all I know. Why not, a driver and a guide is outrageous enough in itself if the wholesale waste of taxpayers money isn't?

Their purpose in the neighborhood each Wednesday is to transport, accompany and assist the same severely mental disabled person in their effort of delivering the StatesmanJournal's (privately owned newspaper) Free Weekly Shopper publication to numerous selected residences in the area and its been going on for four months.

This publication basically consists of the ads normally included with the Wednesday paper and is delivered by request to residences who are not regular StatesmanJournal's subscribers. Its the StatesmanJournal's tool used to maintain advertiser income while dealing with a dwindling subscribership. If they won't buy the paper, they give it to them.

This State of Oregon supported delivery activity began soon after the price of gas skyrocketed which I assume is the reason the previous "private delivery contractor" ceased the effort.

This I found interesting as he didn't need Two State Employees as aides to drive him to the individual locations, walk him to each door and tell him when and where to drop each paper, much as you would expect when working with a very young child.

But what is even more interesting is that I have seen other State Owned vehicles, touring other Salem neighborhoods and involved with what looks as similar Newspaper Delivery efforts, and I assume supporting other mentally challenged people in their delivery efforts.

So just how many Severely Mentally Disabled people and State Employees are being used as ploys to help the StatesmanJournal maintain their advertising income?

Burger Flippers future dims!

Not only are the folks at Jack-in-the-Box experimenting with Self-Serve Kiosks they are also testing Automated Systems that will prepare those fast food orders and do it not in English and not in Spanish but in the Digitized Language used by a processor.

Now Pablo and Lupita can join the unemployment line with Eric and Carol who have been replaced by an Automated Pharmacist machine that can read a prescription, count the pills, print the label and deliver that to the customer much the same as a Cheeseburger with Fries.

And they tell us we need more stoop labor.

Crime in Salem has become absolutely predictable!

This morning Salem Police nabbed three car thieves who attempted to steal one of their very popular Bait Cars, which they are using just for catching car thieves.

These are vehicles that are specially equipped with remotely controlled electronic surveillance equipment that tells Police when they are being entered, captures video images of the activity while also informing them of its specific location.

This proves without any doubt that Crime in Salem has become absolutely predictable and that simply with reading the neighborhood and its population.

It also proves that Salem PD's using these exspensive tools helps increase their giving out citations to the car thieves before sending them on their way.

Drug Bust Nets 26 in Skagit County

December 1, 2006

SEATTLE - DEA agents, along with officers from state and local law enforcement agencies, arrested 26 people linked to a Mexico drug-trafficking ring.

According to the Drug Enforcement Administration, the 26 suspects were part of ring based in Sinaloa, Mexico that was sending methamphetamine, cocaine and heroin to Skagit County. Fourteen other suspects are being sought.

"Today we have dismantled a drug trafficking group that brought significant amounts of methamphetamines, cocaine and heroin, from Mexico into the Skagit County Region," said DEA Special Agent In Charge Rodney Benson in a news release by the U.S. Department of Justice. "This group used sophisticated hidden compartments to transport drugs from Mexico into the United States and then used the same vehicles to transport large amounts of cash back south of the border."

But then, my memory isn't want it once was.

Headline Salem: Police arrest a 16-year-old today in connection with the shooting death of Johnny Jesus Borrego, whose body was found on Summer Street SE, Wednesday.

http://www.statesmanjournal.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20061201/UPDATE/61201012

I can't seem to recall any of my fellow high school mates ever being taken out of class on a Murder Charge.

But then, my memory isn't want it once was.

How about you?

When is it Certificate Time again?

Smile for the Camera and shake the Mayor's hand!

I would like to recommend that whom ever blew-away little Johnny Jesus Borrego (one of Salem's the most wanted gang members) for this years "Illegal Alien of the Year Award" and that for their volunteer service to the Gringo community.

Not only are a just bit safer now we should consider the costs to taxpayers if the Police had caught Johnny Boy as compared to the price of a bullet.

Should we consider including a Cash Award?
