I would like to recommend that whom ever blew-away little Johnny Jesus Borrego (one of Salem's the most wanted gang members) for this years "Illegal Alien of the Year Award" and that for their volunteer service to the Gringo community.
Not only are a just bit safer now we should consider the costs to taxpayers if the Police had caught Johnny Boy as compared to the price of a bullet.
Should we consider including a Cash Award?
