Last evening Salem's 911 dispatcher directed Police to a motor vehicle accident reported at the intersection of Kuebler Blvd and Sunnyside road SE.

The dispatcher explained to the ranking officer that was responding to the scene of their having numerous calls on the accident and all of them reported there being No Injuries.

The officer then requested a full Medical package respond to the scene Code 3 and again the dispatcher explained their being repeatedly informed by citizen (cell-phone) callers . . . telling them there were No Injuries.

Minutes later a Fire Truck, Ladder Truck, Ambulance and more was on the scene and most remained there for the duration of the Police activity.

So why that you ask?

There are several reasons:

#1 There was then enough emergency vehicles on the scene to completely block traffic and thus provide protection for those providing services and conducting an investigation.

#2 Police staffing was low as a result of earlier exceeding manpower budgets where the Fire Department has plenty of staff with time to burn while directing traffic. Note: Dragnetting for Illegal Alien criminals takes a huge amount of Police time in Marion county.

#3 Taxpayers see these huge responses as proof they are being well served by Police and Emergency Fire/Med agencies.

New business idea!

The new business will be known as "Wagon Handle Recycling of Oregon."

With the Libs approving measures 66 & 67 by 75% we must accept the reality that our Economy has become sustainably self-propelled and Oregon no longer has any need for people pulling the wagons.

This change brings with it an opportunity to gather unused Wagon Handles and send them to China for use in making solar powered organic bagel warmers.

Oh yes, you can forget about inventing Air Bags for economic wagons as we all know that Oregon's economy crashing is an impossibility.

If the Police are called to quiet the Post Election Celebration going on at OWMT (Oregon Wilderness Moonsuit Tours).

All I can hear is them chanting 66, 67 Yes, over and over again!

I just received the fourth Breaking News e-mail from the StatesmanJournal with the exact same headline, "Early Oregon vote results come gushing in and Click here to find updated election results"

My guess is the OWMT celebration has spread to the SJ offices.

I gotta admit,

If McCain had beaten Obama in 2008 we would still have lots of problems here in the USA, but not nearly as great as they are now. Hey, the stage was set and the crash was coming. It was unavoidable. I could hear it.

However, if John Mac had won the Libs would be all over he and Sarah and the next elections they would win with a 90% advantage and our Republic would be lost forever.

What we did was to deny them the opportunity to blame all our problems (issues) on eight years of GW, fours years of John Mac and more importantly we kept them from roasting Sarah at the stake for being a Conservative Witch.

So, we tossed the 2008 election knowing full well the public would turn on the Socialists within a year and we can get on with routing the bastards out of our government.

Think of today as a time of Political Fasting that will be followed by a good BM. Fleet Week is going to be a dandy!

City Water Departments don't need a whistle or horn to signal High Noon as the bounce on their water flow gauges tells there has been a sudden peak in Toilet Flushing.

This is similar to my watching the Wall Street Ticker when it suddenly takes a dump as that tells me Obama is again reading from his teleprompters.
