Who is next?

After many hours of investigation and documenting the scene
I suspect the Reconstruction and Forensic Teams will later
retire to their offices to determine the cause of the collision and
the resulting death of the two people who were in the sedan.

Its really important that we know the exact cause of death as
those facts and details are critical to the investigation. Nobody
seems to know why, but it does employ a lot of investigators.

Photo: KATU TV-2 Portland, OR

According to the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office, the wreck
that killed the elderly couple occurred near the intersection of SE
172nd Avenue and Southeast Armstrong near Damascus some-
time after 1 p.m. The road remained closed at 5:00 PM.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

I wonder if they will consider the Ariel video taken by KATU
as it seems quite easy to see where the flatbed truck (that was
occupied by Two Farm Workers) crossed over and hit the two
elderly people head-on. But then, I'm not an investigator and
my bank account confirms that.

I also wonder if the Reconstruction and Forensic Teams will
investigate the Two Farm Workers so as to determine if they
were Drunk and were Legal Residents of the USA. Perhaps
they had purchased their Drivers Licenses and ID from the
DMV contractor in Hillsboro?

But then, who is to care as Grams and Gramps were old, near
the end of their lives anyway and Ron Wyden does need his
Strawberries picked and Shipped Super Fast Freight to NYC.

We have the Power, let's use it!

A Hispanic teen has been arrested in the shooting of a Bedding Store clerk at Lincoln City's Factory Stores.

What's next to become deadly dangerous, Timberline Lodge?

My suggestion is to cure the Business People of their desire for Cheap Illegal Alien labor (such as Motels and Restaurant) and that by Boycotting those places where these senseless acts have been allowed to occur.

No, I am not suggesting armed guards everywhere.

But I am suggesting that if we were to Stop Shopping at the place of occurrence (the Factory Stores in this case) for Two Weeks (or a Month) as a protest of area businesses hiring Illegal Aliens, the Chamber of Commerce would be on the City Council in days to create laws that would limit the hiring of just anybody within the City limits.

Our part is easy. The reward comes from what we Don't do and that just like the employers who Don't investigate those they hire to insure they are Legal Residents of the USA.

So lets all join forces, save our $3.50 gasoline, and turn the Factory Store location into a Ghost Town for a Week or whatever it takes.

OK then, why not all of Lincoln City?

That should bring some business folks to the next City Council meeting and some New Employment Laws as we see popping up elsewhere across the nation!

Do you want tomorrows Mall Shooter cleaning your Motel Room while you are having lunch and who was it that cooked the food or cleaned the table?

Is that right?

I notice when watching local TV I see a major Tire Center Chain is often running commercials asking us to visit one of their many stores.

And, I notice that during the commercial they show us vids of their "Diverse Employee Group" with many welcoming us to stop in and buy something and as I recall with some their spoken English was not quite perfect. No problema!

Then I happen to surf through the Spanish Only TV channel and see another commercial by the same Tire Center Chain that looks much different. What's this?

Gone is the Diversity I saw on the English speaking channel. Now, everybody seems to be 'Of Color' and they are all spewing a similar welcome greeting however its in perfect Spanish.

So where is the Gringo speaking Spanish with a bad English accent?

What, are they denying Spanish Only TV viewers an equally Diverse commercial experience.

Is that inappropriate or just wrong?

Help Wanted!

I see yet another employment ad for Bi-lingual Delivery Route Driver.

My first thought was those businesses selling to grocery stores having need for delivery drivers who are able to converse with the growing number of Mexican store owners.

But then, I recalled some years ago my talking with two Portland area beverage delivery drivers when I inquired as to why I was seeing more of them working in pairs. They explained it was a for security reasons.

I then followed with, "what, are that many people wanting to steal Pepsi?" The answer was something like; no, its more their being White in a Black neighborhood and often carrying large amounts of cash.

Ah hah! I must admit that on occasion I have been quite interested in what was being said in Spanish while I was visiting a Mexalem Mini-market.

Imagine yourself working as a Beer Delivery Driver in Woodburn or Mexalem and not understanding what the many Spanish speaking loiterers are saying.

Experiment Failed . . .

News has it Wal-Mart has withdrawn from their idea of building a Huge Distribution Warehouse facility in Salem. A project that was to eventually provide over 800 family wage jobs in an area with a failing private economy.

Poof, that's all folks!

This was to have been built on the State owned "Mill Creek Industrial Development" property and considered vital to bringing new employers to the area.

Ted the Red to the rescue!!

Alas, an economic development project in true Government Style and it went up in smoke. Just as it should be expected when private enterprise sees themselves falling into a Government trap.

Perhaps they saw something on the horizon? Perhaps that being required to operate a Bilingual facility or some other absurd mandate hidden in the fine print?

Pity is, the State has already gone to such great expense as to widen I-5 to six lane from four (for a several mile stretch) and rebuilt an interchange all to handle the additional truck traffic that was to soon arrive.

So much for Government's use of a Tax Deferral Pork Chop as bait in luring industry to Oregon when Private Enterprise has failed.

Pretty sad considering this was a clean cut, non-pollution causing, Chinese Import Warehouse that would not bring any environmental concerns other than those Unknown Chemicals gassing from the Foreign Made Inventory.

We Have Numbers on Freeway Closing!!!!

The City of Portland's Operations Steering Team research found that for every minute a freeway traffic lane is blocked it causes six minutes of traffic delays at an estimated cost more than $12,000 in lost productivity. I wonder whose productivity they considered as lost?
http://www.portlandtribune.com/news/story.php?story_id=117736170173983400

Using their numbers I calculate that if a blockage occurred on I-5 and stopped traffic flow in all three lanes for an hour, the loss in productivity would amount to . . . $360,000.00.

Golly, we could hire 45,000 Illegal Aliens for an hour with that cash flow or 25,000 Gringos with OSHA and taxes.

Now, lets consider the numbers they arrived with is an Average loss in a 24 hour day and then consider the cost of all the Emergency Service people who are involved during the absurdly long ODOT/OSP Traffic Accident Reconstruction/Investigations and ad that to the total tab.

What do you suppose is the hourly cost of the average member of an ODOT/OSP Special Investigations Team? Please note, that may also include the cost of a Forensic Pathologist being called to the scene if any personal injuries are being considered as potentially life threatening.

Ooop's, did I forget to mention PERS over-time?

Now, lets consider the ODOT/OSP Traffic Accident Reconstruction/Investigations are known to close a Freeway for as many as six hours.

6 hours x $360,000.00 = $2,160,000.00.

I still wonder whose productivity they considered as lost as there is a Big difference between private and public payrolls?

Milking the Negative to the Max!

Salem Headline: Two Fort Lewis soldiers killed in Iraq

http://www.statesmanjournal.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20070423/UPDATE/70423028

Please note how our local news people see how the death story
of two soldiers (that were once based in Ft. Lewis before sending
to Iraq) is of relevant interest to Salem residents.

As if Salem was just down the street from Ft. Lewis and residents
here might have known one or both of the two that fell.

We all regret their sacrifice defending the US from Islamic
Radicalism, but working to bring their deaths Home to Salem
residents is a disgustingly blatant effort to turn the public against
the war effort.

Proof again of the StatesmanJournal newspaper is just another leg
of the Euro Socialist animal that is intent on seeing the USA collapse from within.

Did you get a Whiff of that?

Is there some Smelly Fish in the Diet?

It seems that Oregon Gov. Ted Kulongoski and his wife Mary
Oberst (can't blame her for refusing a name change) have taken
several weeks to implement their Hunger Awareness Campaign
with limiting their food intake for a week to equal that of a Food
Stamp recipient (Oregon Trail Debit Card holder).

One might imagine they took the extra time so as to maximize
the food value of their planned menu, as I would expect that
Nutrition would be a concern with such a pair of deep thinkers.

But I'll bet that such an assumption would be wrong as the delay
most likely resulted from waiting for Neil's PR team in NYC to
maximize each aspect of the Press Release schedule.

Callous no, experienced yes!

P.S. Is a Political week equal to a five day business week?

Suburban Lost!

The newer Chebby Suburban with Big Flashy Wheels and Tires
(that was associated with the Spanish Speaking families who
recently moved into the then freshly remodeled rental home
about a mile from here) is Gone!

And so is the late model Big Chebby pickup that was seen there
as well.

They have been replaced by a dirty old 80's model Toyota sedan.

Now, that is a two-for-one kind of deal that I like.

Its obvious from all the recent activity, For Rent/Sale sign sellers and Repo People have been very, very busy of late.

Sub-Prime, sublime!

Who has the Power?

Looking at the list of Bills and Laws spewing from Oregon's Legislature today I am certain the Power belongs to the Eclectic (Eccentric Collection) Voting population of Portland.

Those who are best profiled as Pot Smoking, Bike Riding, Myopic, Perversity Embracing Lefties who migrated there from around the world so as to peruse careers in Used Book Store Management and/or Alternative Anything, who share rented housing with like fellows that are owned by wealthy New Englanders who support Euro Socialism and hope to make the City a model of their ideas.

The irony is those who are actually supporting the Government in spitting-out their insanity are the hard working middle class slobs who own homes across the State, have two cars, send their children to school where they are being taught their parents choice of lifestyle is second to Portland's kinky population majority.

In other words we have little hope as Terrance Brown-Gilmer of Portland's SE Hawthorne (who has a net worth of $500. cash on a good day) and his equal roommates (in a $500. a month apartment created in what was once a five bedroom home) can negate the positive votes of Phil Knight and his family.

That's providing they get their mail-in ballots delivered in time.

Stupid is as Stupid does!

Often enough Illegal Aliens (usually women) report for Jury duty not knowing how doing so confirms their having Illegally registered to vote.

The Judges have become quite skilled in picking them out during the jury selection process and with the help of a interpreter discovering some way to claim a hardship that would excuse them from serving.

With the men its a job/income demand and the women a Baby Sitting concern is always a sure bet.

Then poof, they disappear as if by magic!

Do ya spose anybody is keeping a list of those names because it happens in a Court House where the Rule of Law is exercised and a Judge is made aware of the suspicious situation?

Where have all the Heroes Gone?

Virginia Tech did have at least one. An old man in his 70's. Someone from an earlier generation. A Holocaust Survivor.

Unarmed, he stood in defense of others.

But as its been reported, all the others either turned their heads or covered their faces much I expect would a group of young Girls.

I haven't heard is any stories of those who acted Heroically.

Lets hear of some, please.

Otherwise, I must assume the shooter either sickened of the horror, satisfied his need to kill or just simply ran out of bullets.

I expect the Islamic Terrorists have been encouraged by the response we all have seen.

Tax Supported Language Lessons

Anyone who monitors Police Radio traffic in Marion County (which is a fast growing hobby among those interested in self preservation) can attest that more and more of the Officers have heavy Spanish accents.

This can sometimes make it difficult for non-Spanish speakers to totally understand their messages but they sure can buzz through the Spanish names when calling dispatch for checks on Wants and Warrants.

The good part is listeners are now able to hear the proper pronunciations of the names belonging to the majority of persons being contacted by law enforcement.

Now it sounds even more like readings from a Tijuana phone book.

If not Eagle Crest Resort then?

Spent the week at Central Oregon's up-up-scale Eagle Crest Resort and enjoyed every minute.

Adding to our comfort and security was the fact we shared the property with those attending Oregon Fire Chiefs Association's annual Spring Conference.

------------2007 OFCA Spring Conference
--------April 12-14, 2007 - Eagle Crest Resort
-------------------Redmond, Oregon

http://www.ofca.org/

Pity the Resort's Horse Barn burned to the ground on the first morning of the event.

But then most of the Golf Carts are battery powered anyway.

Perhaps they will have a new Horse Barn in time for the Summer Conference.

But then, the embarrassment of that 100% Property Loss may cause them to at gather at Sun River or Salishan?
P.S. Do ya spose they will use some of those freshly charred remains in Saturday nights award ceremony? They always have award ceremonies at the end of the lavish banquet, don't they?

"Nappy Headed Hos!"

This is a test to see what words and/or word combinations our friends at Google will allow.

Earlier today I was blocked in making a comment on another .blogspot site because of several words that I had used.

Those words of comment were used in relation to the Homosexual movement and their goals.

What will you bet my mentioning the above 'H' word will bring this blog into review by Google's staff as they are who provide us with this Free Blogging service.

Well now! It looks by your reading this posting that "Nappy Headed Hos" passed the Google problem (issue) word test.

Very interesting!

You see the words the Google folks found objectionable had been directly cut & pasted from Mirriam-Webster's On-Line search and defined the meaning of a word we once knew as equal to a person being Happy!

In fact it was their #1 suggested definition!

Do we dare tell the Mirriam-Webster people of their having a problem (issue)?

We can't afford to make that mistake again!

One of Slick Willie's ex-staffers was on CNN this AM explaining his thoughts about a Fence on the Mexican border.

#1 He claimed it would never work.

BS! Its already working. Perhaps his talking points page was old.

I wonder if he has doors on his residence and locks them when he leaves?

#2 He explained a Fence would be offensive to All Hispanics with saying that No Hispanics are welcome in the USA.

That logic applied elsewhere, a Movie Theater closing and locking their back doors (fire exits) would offend those who paid to enter at the front.

Both weak arguments are laughable.

I have never met a Legal Immigrant to the USA that supported Illegal Immigration, other than those who were previously granted . . . an unearned Amnesty.

We can't afford to make that mistake again!

Saturday, April 07, 2007

Finally, we got the Bill!

Bill O'Reilly that is, as he has now taken notice of the Illegal Alien Problem.

Last weeks On-air bout with Geraldo was a rip-snort dandy and
its obvious that Mr. Bill has his Dander Up!

Yeehaww!

Not only that, several of the more passive supporters of Undocumented Immigrants who are on my e-mail list are now showing a Bit of Anger when it comes to the thieving, raping, drunken, killing bastards that you and I have been asked to Blindly Embrace.

That benefit-of-doubt has all but disappeared.

Ain't it amazing. Suddenly I'm not such a radical outcast as I was only a few short weeks back.

I have been transformed in the eyes of others.

Now, if there only was a bounty on the Bastards I could score some bucks.

Here's a Tidbit that won't make local news!

Gunmen kill two Police Officers and six others . . .
in 48 hours

MONTERREY, Mexico — in this northern city, the latest victims in a wave of drug-related violence in the Texas border region, police said Friday. Investigators say the Sinaloa Cartel is fighting the Gulf Cartel for billion-dollar drug-smuggling routes into the United States.

The battle has led to beheadings, grenade attacks and execution-style killings across Mexico and the violence has taken a particularly heavy toll on police.

The latest killings were in the northern Mexican metropolis of Monterrey in Nuevo Leon state, a hot spot for violence where 42 people have been killed since Jan. 1.

But wait, there's More!!

What we have this morning is another Publicly Owned Vehicle delivering the StatesmanJournal's Wednesday Shopper Publication door- to-door, however this is in a different neighborhood and a involves different staffing.

Best I could tell there was only two passengers in this vehicle (that looks a retired Police Car) rather than the three regulars that visited my neighborhood again this morning.

An even greater difference was this Driver was simply throwing the Publication copies from the opened car window.

Now that's productivity. No need to wait for the passenger (who is likely another innocent Mentally Retarded resident of a group home who has been sucked into a DHS job training charade) to get out of the car and find their way back, which sometimes can become a time wasting delay.

Perhaps some of you can help me estimate as to how many Public Employees it might take to deliver the StatesmanJournal's Wednesday Shopper Publication door- to-door, every week, across the entire Salem/Keizer communities.

Golly, with Gas prices nearing $3.00 a gallon, Public employees might begin delivering the daily newspaper each morning.

I would welcome the likely quieter running Publicly owned vehicles over the noisy old Junkers the self-employed paper delivery people use now.

When is 11% equal to 70%?

Today the Oregon State Department of Education released the latest school dropout figures.

It shows how Dropout rates in Oregon School Districts are down from last year overall. However, it seems they went Up in the Salem-Keizer Schools.

Go figure! (Vaya la figura!)

However, S/K is not the leader in the valley as Gervais and Mt. Angel schools, which are heavily impacted by Hispanic students (many of whom are Illegal Aliens) has skyrocketed in Grande Cinco de Mayo fashion.

In one year Gervais's dropout rate jumped from 3.8% to 8.4% and Mount Angel beat them out with a boost from 6.8% to 11.3%, whereas Woodburn held their ground at 9.+%.

What I found curious was the data associated with the news piece is published under one of the Three different Headlines in the StatesmanJournal. Why is that I wonder? Perhaps, one of the less positive stories might fall off the composing table before the next printing.

But then, other data missing from the three Headlined stories is the numbers having to do with school population. Perhaps if the student numbers were down in those schools with improving scores it could be said those students who would have dropped out, never registered for school.

Another point not explained was in what grades were the changes seen. After all, 11.3% of the total School District student population could translate to 50% or even 70% of the Senior Class.

Or were second graders the problem group?

What will you bet that after all the money we Taxpayers have spent on Head Start and other Outreach efforts to the Immigrant population, that most of the students that Dropped Out were in the last two years of high school and . . . almost all were Hispanic?

What's that story about leading a horse to water?

Monday, April 02, 2007

I totally agree!

News has it that some folks are complaining how the LA County Medical Examiners Office is arbitrarily assigning the name Ramirez to many of the abandoned Bodies they discover laying about their jurisdiction and to those who lack any meaningful identification.

Note: What good is a wallet full of Oregon drivers licences?

I agree as this is being disrespectful to the dead.

My suggestion is to alternate using the name Ramirez with the name Gomez and/or combine the two names with using a hyphen and reverse the order with every discovery.

Note: They have a dispatcher and IT can easily create a flip-flag in the case number data base.

Who said I don't know how to Embrace Diversity?

Such a deal!

The pharmacist explained that my wife will soon lose the Generic price benefit on the medication which she uses most.

He went on to tell how the company that enjoyed the original patent on the formula has won a lawsuit against the Generic manufacturer, and now they are being forced to stop production of the Generic drug.

The best part of the story is, only the Generic version of the drug was covered by our Insurance program. Yep, the original drug name its not listed in the Formulary of covered drugs.

Formulary, is that PC?

Now, we get to pay Full Retail price which is comparable to those suggested retail numbers given by auto tire, furniture and jewelry manufacturers that allows re-sellers (dealers) to give Huge promotional discounts.

Don't spose we will see any Rebates.

The even better part is, that both manufacturers are owned by the same Mother Company so they had everything to gain by the lawsuit and nothing to lose.
