Where have all the Roaving Bands gone?
Salem is presently enjoying a sudden reduction in Roving (Hispanic) Gang Members traveling about the NE (armed with baseball bats and knives) in groups of twenty or more.
The big chill is in!
Perhaps its the fear of a Beer Tax increase?
Perhaps its the failure of them gaining Free Citizenship?
Perhaps its Arizona Governor Janet Napolitano today signing the Toughest Employer Laws regulating the Hiring of Illegal Aliens the US has seen to date?
Perhaps they understand that Arizona is only the first state where the Taxpayers demand such action and more are soon to follow?
But then, knowing how few of them follow or are able to even read the news (in any language) I suspect its the beer tax.
