Well it seems that young Mother Hubbardo now lives in Salem
And, it also seems as like her Madre she has more kids than she knows what to do.
She may spank them all soundly and put them to bed, however the next morning she apparently lets the 2, 3 and 4 year old kids wander out of the residence (as she sleeps) and then play next to busy streets without an adult visible anywhere, or so its often reported to 911.
This is the case almost every day (if not several times) in Marion County as the calls to 911 routinely report very small Hispanic Children wandering next to busy thoroughfares such as Silverton Road NE and Mission Street SE in Salem.
But do we Taxpayers ever hear of those occurrences? Not a chance as that would conflict with the local newspapers effort to Embrace Diversity.
The next question. Are these acts of Child Neglect reported to DHS?
