I have been encountering and observing Prison Inmate Work Crews along the streets, highway and parks for many years. Yet I have only come to notice lately that of all the hundreds of Inmates I have seen, few if any have been Hispanic.

Now, why do you suppose that is?

Perhaps it results from the fact that frequently when a Hispanic sees another running for no apparent reason they jump to give aid with what I assume is a desire help them avoid capture by Police. Yes, Hispanics trading clothing or even shoes with a stranger who is running, is not all that uncommon.

I can well understand this after observing Mexican Police in action, as a bigger and better bunch of Jack Booted Thugs you will likely never find.

So one Indigenous Mexican helping another escape from whatever is therefore part of the their culture and a bit of Cultural Diversity that today saves them from Hard Labor.

Gringo's are not so lucky and must toil to earn good behavior credit as the average Good Citizen won't help in their escape.
