Time may well be the cure!

Marion County has a large and fast growing number of Russian and Ukrainian Immigrants who have shown great success in working our social programs to the max.

With having contact with some I have come to suspect a good percentage are likely Illegal Aliens, yet quite unlike the Mexicans they don't seem to choose sides and war with fellows over shirt colors or kill each other because of where a cousin lives in California.

Perhaps in a few hundred years Mexicans will also lose their animal instinct to gather in packs, lay claim to small and specific geographic territories and learn how to play a con together for a common good.
