Somebody musta said something!
Its quite obvious as Salem Fire/Rescue/Medical hasn't been making this much noise in creating a High Public Profile since before they won their ballot measure which landed them all new fire trucks and lots of new brick and mortar fire stations.
My guess is they got wind of some proposed budget cuts and in response to that threat they are pushing down on the Siren buttons (two Sirens per emergency vehicle) and pumping lots of compressed air through those Rail Road horns.
Thinking of Diversity I can't recall ever hearing a Emergency Vehicle Siren in Mexico. Perhaps the sound of gun fire drowns them out?
