They just don't get it!

Today, every mailing address in the City of Salem received a copy of this 8 Page, Full Color, Glossy Paper brochure telling us more than most would ever want to know about our Water.

I'll bet the Culligan Man is jealous.

But wait, as there is more!

I can write, call or e-mail the City and receive a FREE One Inch per Week lawn watering gauge.

So why don't they just mail us all a One Inch per Week lawn watering gauge and we can pop them into the recycle bin as we toss our annual water report.

Or better yet, how about a plain black and white post card telling us how we can call, e-mail or www site where we can obtain a copy of the report and water gauge, or is this a stimulus project for the printer biz and US Postal Service?
