Portland: Division Street Closed Between 82nd, 92nd Avenue as Police SERT responds to report of "Shots Fired."

Here we go again! Upteen Police Officers all geared up with painted faces, camo gear and driving armored vehicles equal to the best Hollywood could muster and what do you bet they freeze the entire area for many hours until the shooter either sobers up, falls asleep or the Police discover they had slipped away before the Cavalry arrived.
Please know taxpayers are being hooked for some serious Extra Hazard and Special Tech Turn-out Pay during these almost daily events and the bad guys are having a blast grabbing all those News Headlines.
No doubt about it, the Bad guys would quickly stop playing silly games if our SERT/SWAT began using tactics similar to the what the US Marines employ in Afghanistan or Iraq?
