That being a Public Employee spending an entire workday all alone while delivering the StatesmanJournal's Wednesday Shopper News, door-to-door, by Auto Route.

Three weeks now and not even a student along as part of a jobs training program.

Do you suppose they have any idea of their activity being in Violation of Public Law?

But then maybe it isn't and I am just mistaken.
