Michael Vick of the Atlanta Falcons pleads guilty to being Immature and having behaved badly.

Don't know what it was like in your neighborhood when you were a kid, but as I recall most of us gave up Dog Fighting and electrocuting and/or burying the half-alive losers when we were eleven or twelve.

How would say he is, mentally?
