Who is Who?

Although the four 12 to 14 year old, Hispanic males that were reported as being dressed like Gang Members, had shaved heads like Gang Members and acted like Gang Members, attacked a much younger Gringo youth in a Gang like fashion and left him lying in a City Park, the Police now report . . . they were Not Gang Members.

Ah hah! Perhaps Undocumented Gang Members?

This spells out the need for a New State Agency or Hispanic Gang Board to Certify and charge registration fees for all those wishing to be known as Official Hispanic Gang Members.

We can't allow Hispanic Gang impostors to terrorize our neighborhoods and communities without crime investigators having a mechanism to qualify, quantify and evaluate the suspected gang activity.

Certifiable statistics relative to Gang activity directly impacts Government Agencies ability to gain future Federal Grant Awards to needed to help stamp out Crime.

Dollars First, action later. And, the Chamber of Commerce just hates Gang news.

It is my feeling that these imposters should be dealt with severely. We can only have certified gang members beating, robbing and raping the helpless.

I therefore purpose that a national gang certification program be introduced, implementing a 10 step certification process to determine each potential gang member’s desire, socioeconomic status, race and physical ability to be in a gang. Falling short of any of the 10 qualifying factors would eliminate him (or her) from further eligibility and ban him (or her) from participating in any gang activities.

Further, a gang that enlists members that have been rejected by the program will be placed on a demerit program and receive 1 demerit for each non-certified gang member they’ve recruited. If a gang receives 3 or more demerits within a 12-month (1 year) period, that gang will lose its gang certification and will not be allowed to apply for certification for a period of not less than 3 years. At the end of the 3-year period, each potential member must repeat the certification program.

Remember, you are an American citizen. You have rights! The next time you are attacked, insist that your assailants are Certified Gang Members!

Certified Gang Members When You Want To Be Beaten By The Best!
