Lost in Education!
It seems all the money spent on Bi-lingual Education has failed Spanish speakers in understanding Spanish, as well as them understanding English.
My proof:
In a on-line response to a StatesmanJournal letter today, a person calling themselves Jose Gonzales states. "It just makes me laugh to hear all your complaints. You are complaining about what "La Raza" stands for or means? What it means in the dictionary is one thing, but when we say it, it means more than that. You can see it however you want."
