Is it me or has our world has gone mad?

We all know that Multnomah County releases jail inmates early so as to ease jail over-crowding.

But now, they have stopped keeping track of and/or supervising any of those early released inmates as it has been found they are Financially Libel for an inmates activity, if it can be found they didn't supervise them adequately.

The Sheriff explains that most of those inmates will likely not return for their court date and thus join the 37,000 others who have failed to comply.

I wonder how many of those have simply changed their name or returned to Mexico?
