One common early AM call to Salem's 911 dispatch center is the reporting of yet another young child (three to five years in age) being found wandering through a neighborhood and unaccompanied by an adult or any others.
Amazingly enough the descriptions are almost identical other that the color of clothing except for the occasion when there is none.
Perhaps their Mothers Live in Shoes and just don't know what to do?
