It won't be long before 911 will be getting reports of cars crashing into telephone poles and others being found (some with bodies) upside down and abandoned in rural road ditches. Hit-and-Run will be the bywords of the day.
My best suggestion for those traveling in the Mid-Willamette Valley this weekend is to limit your travel as best you can and to use Divided Highways and lower speed surface streets as available.
Two lane highways leading to and from the Woodburn area are to be avoided at all costs . . . as using them may cost you everything.
99E's already dangerous Safety Corridor will likely become a Vehicular Homicide Horridor!
Please know that unlike US Citizens who often go to an event and get drunk . . . those from South of the Border like to get drunk . . . and then go to an event.
For some Driving Drunk is all part of the fun.
