Just a few minutes ago, a New Orleans City Councilor was on CNN's Anderson Cooper show, complaining about all the Spanish Speaking Aliens, Legal or Illegal, who were filling all the Federally Funded employment opportunities the legitimate residents of the area should be enjoying as part of the economic rehabilitation of the area.

He went on to say these Spanish Speaking Alien workers are being trucked in from great distance as their employers are advertising for them in their local area newspapers. They also showed how the Alien workers are sleeping in small tents and shanties and under crude conditions similar to homeless camps which I suspect the local government would not allow US citizens to suffer.

The CNN reporter spoke to others who are knowledgeable of what can be expected as a result of this influx and that was a major change of the city as it becomes a Latino community. Nuevo Orleans is how it was described. This will result when the workers large families follow the working husbands and brothers.

What he didn't mention was these Spanish Speaking Alien workers are likely being employed by sub-contractors who in turn are working for contractors who are being paid hourly wages based on the Davis-Bacon Act or Prevailing Wage law (www.solidarity.com/Davis-Bacon.htm) which guarantees they be paid exorbitant amounts as the funds are coming from the Federal government.

Here again we Citizen Sheepeople are being swindled by Presidente Fox to the tune of Billions of Dollars that we have committed our children's children to pay.
