I'm ripe for a Casino visit!

For those that don't recall. In the hours before Katrina hit when some folks were preparing responses to the post hurricane needs, I mentioned expecting El Presidente Fox of Mexico was likely part of the group and preparing to send another Million Illegal Aliens to the area.

Now, I see they New Orleans mayor is complaining about the flood of Mexicans pouring into the city and there to capture some of the Billions GW is pumping into the area.
