Police find powder heroin in traffic stop
State police seized 2 1/4 pounds of powder heroin during a traffic stop Wednesday south of Wilsonville. They found the heroin in luggage belonging to Carlos Reyes-Prado, 38, of Mexico.
Eight other occupants in the van were released after police finished searching the van, Hastings said.
