Here is my idea to help Clean Oregon's Air!

Require all Law Enforcement Agencies in the state to test all seized vehicles for compliance with DEQ standards and scrap those that fail.

We can call it the "Bale the Beaters" program.

Government agencies selling stinky old beaters taken from Illegal Aliens who didn't have drivers licenses and/or insurance, to used auto dealers who sell them back to the other Illegal Aliens, makes no sense.

Ok then, how about we call it the "Pedro Pounds Pavement" program.
