News has it Governor Kulongoski explained in his speech Tuesday that he favors giving "Driving Privileges” (driver licenses) to workers (illegal aliens) who are not able to obtain an Oregon Drivers License because of their having identification issues (problems).

To the best of my understanding, the only difference between an Oregon Drivers License and an Oregon Driver Privilege would be the latter could not be used for Identification purposes.

So Teddy believes the Illegals will follow his rules and will not use something for purposes other than indicated in print.

I would like to have a copy of his idea printed on soft paper so I can use it in place of Bath Tissue.
