Two teens were arrested in northeast Salem following reported shootings at homes.
Those where Drive By Shootings to be exact and one residence was fired on . . . twice in one night!
Of course their names weren't made available as they are juveniles.
But does it really matter? Its the Culture where such violence is considered normal.
What we do know is they were a 14-year-old and a 15-year-old, they were arrested on charges that include unauthorized use of a motor vehicle (a Stolen Car) and attempt to elude police.
Now who do you suppose?
