I can see to where this will lead

Tonight on NBC News House Speaker Nancy Pelosi was going on about Medical Insurance for 4 million more children in the US.

Then moments later she was calling it Health Care for 4 million children in the US.

You see 10 million children are already covered, but with what I wonder?

Is it Major Medical Insurance with a $500. deductible to fix a broken arm or full-meal Medical where we taxpayers get bent over to remove a sliver.

Not only that, it seems Nancy wants to extend coverage to families with up to $80,000. in annual income over what I understand is now a $60,000. annual limit.

I can see to where this will lead up to a second Spanish Speaking hospital in Salem as all those Illegal Aliens won't want any Gringo brats flooding their Emergency Rooms.
