Change fosters opportunity, again!

Well now, it seems we have a new Industry sprouting up here in the good old USA.

Its called "Re-Construction" and I know of several who are getting involved in the trade and it looks to have quite a promising future.

What is, over the past 10 years plus a lot of miss-deeds have been committed by those in the Building industry and that directly involves "Poor Quality Workmanship" on the part of the shifty builders and greedy developers, who were out to make fast money in a un-questioning "Hot Market."

Fact is, I know of some newer structures where slanting walls and out-of-square window frames are visible when standing across the street and that is just what can be seen from the outside.

The Piper is here and its time to pay.

The Second Best part is those having to pay are often high finance folks who have invested in what they saw as Fast Money in commercial or income properties such as apartments and condos.

The First Best Part is that few if any of the Illegal Aliens that helped contribute to the "Poor Quality Workmanship" will be anywhere near the "Re-Construction" contractors as Making Things Right is more important than just Making Things.
