Ever wonder why it is that after 20+ years of Children being required to ride in Car Safety Seats, they have yet to design a seat that Parents can install properly.
What is the motivator here?
Could it be some of the Fire/Rescue Nervous Nurse Nancys have built careers on teaching we the ignorant public How to install Child Safety Seats . . . Safely?

I wonder if the Nervous Nancys teach the classes in Spanish. Silly me, I forgot Illegal Aliens don't usually use Child Safety Seats. No room for them all.
