Today, President Felipe Calderon pledged 'a hard and difficult battle' against gangs Wednesday.
This one day after gunmen wounded the Top Security Official in the Gulf coast state of Tabasco and killed his driver.

The only problem I see with this is the Bad Guys are not about to change their Criminal Habits.
Hey, its a family tradition, a cultural thing!
I fear that as the pressure rises in Mexico they will simply head where many other Mexican Criminals have already gone. A place where they are welcome and that is . . . here in the USA.
Why not? Here they can buy Drivers Licenses that Police won't question and obtain free bullet wound repair.
