This is old news in the Salem area where Hit-and-Run has become a several time a day event and for several years.

However, Salem still holds the advantage with having more occasions when both the Hit-err and the Hit-ee run from the scenes and sometimes leaving blood, flesh and two or more seriously damaged vehicles scattered about an intersection.
