Headline: ODOT Grants will boost patrols on 99E
Imagine this, one state agency that lives off we Oregon Taxpayers is (with the goodness of their heart) sharing some of their excess cash with another state agency, the Oregon State Police. Its either that or install about 15 miles of lane barriers as that is the only sure way to separate opposing traffic on a two lane road.
So why doesn't DHS kick in some of their excess money as its their Undocumented Immigrant Clients (Illegal Aliens) and their habitual Unlicensed Drunken Driving in that area that is causing the High Danger in what ODOT calls a "Safety Corridor."
