I can almost see into 2012 and a gathering of politicos for the dedication and ribbon cutting of the new Ted Kulongowski Solid Waste Transfer Station and there will be Teddy with his simple grin helping to hold the giant scissors.

His resemblance to Chancy Gardner (Peter Sellers 1979 movie Being There) is amazing.
My bet is Neil saw that film and appreciated it more than most.
