Who may be giving us the Bird (flu)?

When (not if) the Bird Flu hits the United States and becomes dangerous to humans which many are predicting, citizens will suddenly become concerned with just who is working in the food chain including crop harvesting, grocery, restaurants and kitchens.

Personal and cultural hygiene habits will become a major concern which will bring consumers to demand food providers display and document proof of all their employees having the legal ability to gain employment in the US, their documents are accurate and all required training and health regulations are being . . . strictly followed.

This will include everything from picking strawberries for Ron Wyden to who is flipping your burger.
