If hi-tech companies can hold callers for tech-help in queue for 10 minutes or longer, just as a general rule, why can't 911 call centers keep language line callers in queue the same way and for the same amount of time?
This would allow the bad guys time enough to make clean get-a-ways in their Accords with dark tinted windows and minimize the opportunity for Police to become involved in high-speed pursuits. Remember, clean is a good thing.
Please understand, blood, bits of torn clothing and scattered shell casings are a littering Issue and not a crime. Just as Illegal Aliens are administrative guideline violators and not criminals.
