Seeing Less Evil!

Multhnomah County (Portland, OR) has decided to stop prosecuting such bad habits as being caught with small amounts of drugs such as heroin, cocaine or meth; first- or second-time shoplifters caught stealing anything worth less than $250; suspects who resist arrest, or who run away from police officers; drivers who hit and run.

Looks to me as the County DA will need less on Spanish Translators as those are the most common crimes committed by Illegal Aliens leaving them to only deal with their stabbing of a girlfriend or cousin or raping a 10 year old.
