How Stimulating!

Here we have a City crew working their way down South Commercial Street. They are spending stimulus money by replacing most of the driveways and sidewalks to commercial businesses as with this O'Reilly Auto Parts (formerly Shuck's) store.

I wonder how many Concrete businesses I would need to call out the Yellow Pages to find one that thinks keeping City Building Inspection Department employees on the payroll at the cost of their employees, is a fair deal?

I wonder if the City Building Inspectors/Concrete and Asphalt Contractors call for a City Inspector to inspect their work?

Oh yes, see that cute little City dump truck. Pay no attention to that black asphalt stain on the back as its a brand new little City dump truck. In fact its an All Wheel Drive little dump truck and if I don't miss my guess its one of those Special Order rigs that cost extra.

But then, if you are going into the construction business you need the best tools you can get, right?
