Better late than never!
Both KGW TV-8 and KPTV-12 opened their news this morning with telling about Ismael Recinos-Velasaquez who they claim had beaten a 12 year old girl's mother, raped the girl and has now thought to have kidnapped and raped the mother's other 14 year old daughter.
They also told of him using several other names.
The best part is neither described him as being a Portland resident and both gave his story Top Billing which would never have happened six months ago.
