The animal takes a Plea
Leonel Zurita-Loeza, charged with first-degree manslaughter in the death of a mother of seven on Mother's Day, has accepted a plea offer by the Yamhill County District Attorney's office.
He is the Illegal Alien who slaughtered Dayton resident Carma Colleen Smith, 52. A mother of seven and grandmother of four, who then had recently celebrated her 33rd wedding anniversary.
