Sign of the Times but not in Spanish

Visited the Target store in NE Salem today in hopes of scooping some sale items, only to discover they were sold out with no re-supply until next Spring.

But while there I noticed some changes and that being Two Special Parking Spaces designated for Very Special Guests.

Both Spaces are signed as: Police Parking Only

What's next, a bullet proof watch towers?
