Has the Welcome Mat disintegrated?

If the present reduced level of Spanish Speakers seen in and around Salem is any evidence of Illegal Aliens Leaving the US for home, I suspect our Schools are going to see a drastic drop in Bilingual students in the Fall.
I have yet to visit Kmart and Sears to confirm what I see elsewhere but if the few in the grocery stores and restaurants are any gauge we may well have turned the corner on the Invasion.
It also seems the Police are seizing more vehicles belonging to Spanish Speakers and that for expired drivers licenses and lack of insurance. That could have a chilling effect!
What, has the Welcome Mat disintegrated?
Meanwhile, I no longer feel like a tourist when visiting a City Park, haven't suffered a bunch of out-of-control brats at Winco or listened to a Police Siren Parade for several weeks.

Have you visited Ross Dress for Less on Lancaster Drive on a Saturday recently? I recently reported the condition of the store to the district manager and he said it's the worst store in Oregon for damage and cleanup. The associates must stay until midnight every night (the store closes at 9:00!) just to clean up after the customers. He said it's the hispanics and their children that are not supervised. Or stop by the apartment complexes on Sunnyview across from the closed Albertsons. At 7:50 am, you will see approximately 60 hispanic kids waiting for the required two buses that line up to pick them for school. The transportation costs must be astronomical.
