Today, Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke told a congressional committee of the need for Banks to reach out to Immigrants and engage them with languages and dialog that will bring them to enjoy the benefits offered by their financial institutions.

Oh yea, they can't wait to have their income taxed just like the Gringos.

They might be stupid but sure as hell they are not all ignorant.
