Metamorphosis Complete

On the right we have a picture of Gringo Bill Richardson who was once a U.S. Representative, Ambassador to the United Nations and U.S. Secretary of Energy under Bill Clinton.

On the left we have the New Improved Hispanic Bill Richardson who some suspect has plans on becoming Presidente of Atzlan, presently known as the SW United States of America.

Please notice how Bill has even adopted a Hispanic hair fashion over the traditional Gringo style.
