Cowardice proves Cultural

Two Suspects were arrested Wednesday for causing the last weekends car accident East of Tillamook that injured 7 people (two seriously) after which they fled the scene and then apprehended in Salem as they attempted to leave the state and perhaps return to Mexico.

CARLOS JIMENEZ-BALBOA, age 25, from southeast Portland
