Hey man!!

I get a good laugh when hearing Pot Heads proclaim their inability to understand why Marijuana hasn't been legalized and that years ago.

They obviously don't understand "its their inability to understand" and that the precise reason for Pot remaining illegal.

Perhaps like complaining of feeling wet when taking a shower.
