Some cities have decided to change the name of their Gang Enforcement Teams.

They are now called . . . Gang Reduction Teams!

Can we assume the Gang Reduction Teams will be focused on addressing uncertified group gathering issues . . . rather than simply concentrating on eradicating Gangs.
