MEXICO CITY — Mexican President Vicente Fox refused to sign a drug decriminalization bill Wednesday, hours after U.S. officials warned the plan could encourage "drug tourism."

My hope was that all our Druggies would move to Mexico and then all the Mexicans that are up here selling them drugs would soon follow.

Imagine a US without our Druggies and without Fox's Mexicans!!

Isn't that what they call a Win-Win?
