The Power of PCUN!!!
If anybody has any doubt about the Power of PCUN - Northwest Treeplanters and Farmworkers United ability to organize and control Oregon's Illegal Alien population, they should investigate the sudden drop in Marion County area (over the last 72 hours) of crime and violence.
Its been very, very, very quiet as compared to most weekends at this time of year and only 15 of the 35 people jailed Saturday in the Marion County were of Hispanic name. Needless to say, its been a slow news weekend.
Yes, I expect gas prices did have some impact however I haven't heard any news about any drastic price increases or shortages of street drugs and alcohol, as those are the usual drivers of the usual weekend spike in Hispanic activity of crime and violence.
Sorry to say, I don't always find the Sound of Silence quite so comforting.
