KGW TV-8 Noon News report tells about an attempted Kidnapping this morning of a young girl in North Portland.
The victim told TV News a Hispanic Male asked her to help him find his missing child and that was when he tried to force her into his car.
Doesn't sound like he the planned his crime very well as there was a younger child already in his vehicle sitting in a Child seat.

But then, I can understand how how that spontaneous reaction is logical.
On camera you can see the Victim had Very Long Blond Hair which makes her a #1 Kidnap/Rape Target for Hispanic males.
