I think I have come on to a trick the County Courts in Oregon are using to help relieve their Illegal Alien problems.
Here it is: They issue Arrest Warrants for those persons who they have previously released and who have failed to appear for their later Court Dates. However, they restrict the Warrant to only apply within their County Limits.
Therefore, if the Wanted person avoids that specific County, they are home free and can skip jail forever. They get a free ticket to Pass Jail and keep the $500 they stole.
This scam saves the Counties tons of money they would otherwise need to spend by both prosecuting and defending the criminals.
Now, just how many counties do ya figure are there in the Western states?
