They did not stop!
Yesterday about 10:00 AM a Hispanic Police Officer with the City of Keizer, Oregon spotted a group of twenty-plus, mostly Hispanic students walking away from their McNary High School.
The Police Officer called to them and ordered them to STOP (Alto).
They did not stop and continued on with some running off in different directions as they have learned to do when being confronted by Police.
Taxpayers should remember this when they are working in their front yards this Summer and spot a group of mostly Hispanic, high school aged children moving down their street, as quite likely they have no respect for or fear of Police, much less you.
