Too many cooks!

The State of Oregon (DHS) vehicle didn't visit my neighborhood last Wednesday and didn't deliver anybody a copy of the StatesmanJournal's weekly shopper publication as they have every week for over two years. Perhaps it died?

Little wonder. Their using three people to deliver the Shopper news via auto-route may have back fired. That with having so many free hands they were able to roll each issue into a very tight tube, which was then tightly bound with a rubber band and lastly stuffed into a clear plastic sleeve that was then tied closed.

This all resulted in the recipients dealing with a tightly coiled paper that was equally difficult to open and read as attempting to pet a snake with only two hands.

I could have informed them of the problem (issue) but then I never have had much success telling Government people how to run a Business.
